Product Description

MATEX Melatonin is a dietary supplement containing 2 mg of melatonin per tablet, formulated to support the body’s natural sleep cycle.

Dosage and Directions for Use

Take one tablet once daily before bedtime.

Swallow the tablet with water or a beverage.

Do not chew.

* If any side effects occur, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor.
* Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
* It is not recommended to take this product with alcohol or other products with sedative properties.
* Consult your doctor if you are taking any of the following medications: anticonvulsants, anticoagulants, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressants, sedatives, steroids, sleeping medications, or psychiatric medications.
* Consult your doctor if you suffer from asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia, or hormonal disorders.
* Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Storage Conditions

* Keep in the original package and out of reach of children.
* Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
